Also, I asked her about her lack of experience with science fiction, why she’s never watched any until Babylon 5 etc. I think Dr Song is a wonderfully rare person who can come at Babylon 5 with absolutely no scifi bias from other science fiction shows. Even back when B5 first aired JMS was dealing with people who kept comparing it to Star Trek etc. It’s refreshing to go through this B5 journey with someone completely new to the genre.
